Sonic Boom was remixed for the ending of the game into a slower version. It gives off a very different feel for the game's closing credits. While the Japanese ending, Cosmic Eternity was super upbeat and sounded like a party, Sonic Boom gave off a more somber feel. Almost as if it was saying, 'It was tough, but you did it.

It fits how the game shows you an animated style version of each zone of the game, reminding you of the hardships you went through to save Little Planet.
